Alice Christy Mariadoss, is the Founder and Managing Director of Alvin Design Technologies, a dynamic eLearning startup established in 2023. Under her visionary leadership, Alvin Design Technologies is dedicated to transforming education by making learning engaging, interesting, and accessible to all.

Alice brings a wealth of experience to the table, having served as an Instructional Designer in a leading eLearning company for three years. Prior to this, she spent five enriching years as an Assistant Professorin the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Loyola Institute of Technology. During her tenure, she excelled in teaching core subjects such as Digital Signal Processing, Electronic Circuits, Signals and Systems, Antenna and Wave Propagation, and Satellite Communication.

An accomplished academic, Alice holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a Master’s degree in Applied Electronics. Her passion for learning and innovation is reflected in her authorship of a book on Satellite Communicationand her remarkable contribution of 15 research papers presented at prestigious IEEE conferences. She has also been instrumental in guiding students through real-time projects, training, and placement preparation.

Today, Alice continues to inspire and empower learners through her work in the eLearning industry, blending her expertise in technology and education to create impactful solutions.
