Alice Christy is the Founder and Managing Director of Alvin Design Technologies, an innovative eLearning and digital content company she established in 2023. With over a decade of experience in education, instructional design, and digital learning, Alice has dedicated her career to blending technology and teaching to create impactful learning experiences.

She brings a unique background that bridges academia and industry. Before launching Alvin Design Technologies, Alice spent five years as an Assistant Professor in Electronics and Communication Engineering, authoring a book on Satellite Communication and publishing more than 15 IEEE research papers. She later transitioned into the eLearning industry, where she specialized in instructional design, scenario-based learning, and digital content strategy.

At Alvin Design Technologies, Alice leads a team focused on designing interactive, AI-enhanced, and learner-centric solutions for clients worldwide. Leveraging tools like Articulate Storyline, HeyGen, Canva Pro, ElevenLabs, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects, she develops engaging eLearning modules, AI-powered videos, and voiceover-rich content that helps businesses, educators, and creators deliver knowledge with clarity and impact.

Alice’s work has guided 100+ students and professionals in projects, placements, and technical skills development. She is deeply committed to advancing digital learning and continues to collaborate with educators, corporate L&D teams, and ed-tech startups to create scalable, accessible, and innovative education solutions.

Senior Manager-Business Development, Alvin Design Technologies

Vinoth Rajendran is the Senior Manager-Business Development of Alvin Design Technologies, where he brings over 17 years of global experience in business development, sales, customer engagement, and portfolio management. A seasoned leader, Vinoth has worked across pharmaceutical, chemical, and technology-driven industries, consistently driving revenue growth, forging strong client relationships, and delivering sustainable business outcomes.

Before Alvin Design Technologies, Vinoth held senior roles in UQUIFA India, Strides Pharma Science Ltd., and Syngene International. In these positions, he managed multimillion-dollar budgets, led international business development in the European markets, and collaborated with senior stakeholders to create growth strategies for complex, competitive industries.

Vinoth holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Loyola College, Chennai. He has received multiple awards for excellence and impact throughout his career, recognizing his ability to win clients, deliver results, and build lasting partnerships.
